Royal Diner is the daytime half of Saffron Restaurant here in West Brattleboro. Every morning we open our doors for classic American breakfast and lunch, served from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, before the same kitchen transforms into Saffron’s Afghan and Persian dinner service each evening.
